Moisture in the raw materials of less than 50% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used dryer. Biomass drying machine is professionally designed for drying different kinds of wood sawdust. Biomass wood sawdust dryer has advantages of low cost, low consumption, high capacity, easy operation and maintain, etc. In addition, the round places of pipes can be changed to any angle which can save space and solve plant dimension limitation.

1. High drying strength, and the material in the dryer is thrown by lifting plate mechanism for fully heat exchange with the hot air.
2. Biomass wood sawdust dryer is with simple structure, covering small area, easy to use and maintains.
 5. It is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhau st blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.
6. Biomass drying machine not only reduces the labor intensity but also can reuse the fuel gas.
